Enexis Holding N.V. has its registered office at Magistratenlaan 116, ‘s Hertogenbosch, in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce registration number 17238877) and is the head of Enexis Groep. Enexis Groep is responsible for the installation, maintenance, operation, and development of transmission grids for electricity (cables and medium-voltage and low-voltage power stations) and gas (gas pipelines and gas stations) and related activities. The related activities mainly concern core-strengthening non-regulated activities in the area of metering services, public lighting, the rental of medium-voltage installations, the installation and operation of private energy transmission grids, and the acceleration of the transition to a sustainable energy supply.
Enexis Holding N.V. is a public limited liability company under Dutch law. The company's consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2024 comprise the company and its subsidiaries (hereafter referred to collectively as Enexis Groep). Approximately 76% of the shares of Enexis Holding N.V. are held by five Dutch provinces and approximately 24% of the shares are held by 85 municipalities. Enexis Holding N.V. heads Enexis Groep.
The financial statements, prepared by Enexis Holding N.V. and audited by EY Accountants B.V., were presented to the Supervisory Board for approval on 5 March 2025. The financial statements, approved by the Supervisory Board, will be presented to the General Meeting of Shareholders for adoption on 17 April 2025.
