In the first half of 2026, an amount of €100 million in dividends was paid to shareholders of Enexis Holding N.V.
Enexis has a current account facility with EDSN B.V. (Energie Data Services Nederland B.V.). In the first half of 2026, €4 million in drawdowns took place under this facility, and a repayment of €2 million was made. Of the funding requirement of EDSN B.V. in 2026 of €8 million, €4 million remains available after the above drawdown, which is presented under the off-balance sheet liabilities. As at 30 June 2026, €5 million of the total €14 million outstanding loans to EDSN B.V. are presented as current under other financial assets.
Related-party transactions are conducted in the ordinary course of business and at arm’s length rates and conditions.
